Riley M. Cornell is an associate attorney at McConnaughhay & Rudd, P.A., licensed with the Florida Bar. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship. Ms. Cornell earned her B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of South Florida in 2021, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law in 2025.
Before obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Cornell worked in public service as a legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives, and later as a fellow in the House Rules Committee. During her time at FSU College of Law, Ms. Cornell remained active in the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) student organization and served as Vice President of the board during her third year. In addition, Ms. Cornell was awarded the Book Award in Trust & Estates in recognition of exceptional academic achievement.
