
Kandace Rudd is a Board-Certified Elder Law attorney by the Florida Bar and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator specializing in guardianship, public benefits, estate planning, probate, and legal matters related to aging and capacity.
Ms. Rudd earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, followed by a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from Florida State University College of Social Work. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law.
With extensive experience in both state and private agencies, Ms. Rudd has worked, interned, and volunteered in roles supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, mental health initiatives, and advocacy efforts.
