Amy Mason Collins is an elder law attorney licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. She specializes in estate planning, guardianship, probate, trust administration, and legal issues related to incapacity and aging.
Ms. Collins holds a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Colby College, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law, and a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
She has served as co-chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Committee and the Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. During her eight years in Tallahassee, Florida, she was an active member of the legal and advocacy community, serving as a board member and secretary of the Big Bend Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association, and a volunteer guardian ad litem with the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program.
Now based outside Denver, Colorado, Ms. Collins lives with her husband and two children while continuing to serve clients remotely.
