Amy Mason Collins
Elder Law Attorney
Amy Mason Collins is an elder law attorney, licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. She practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, probate, trust administration, and planning for and responding to issues arising from incapacity and aging. She received a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Colby College, her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, and her Master in Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Currently, Amy serves as co-chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. A former resident of Tallahassee, Florida for eight years, Amy previously served as a board member and secretary of the Big Bend Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association, co-chair of the Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, and was a local volunteer guardian ad litem with the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program. Amy now lives with her husband and their two children outside of Denver, Colorado, but she continues to work on client matters remotely for the firm.
