Ann Westall Portrait
Ann Westall is the firm's Public Benefits Manager. She assists clients in determining public benefits for which they may be eligible, guides them through the application process, and assists them in maintaining eligibility. Ann spent 9 years with the Department of Children & Families processing ICP, Hospice and AIDS Waiver Medicaid applications, including 3 years as a Senior Specialist training and supervising other employees. Her past experience also includes work in foster care, adoption, and child protective services.

Ann served on the Governor's Task Force on Juvenile Justice, the board of directors of Big Bend Cares, and is a member of the Coalition on Aging. She is an active advocate for elder issues, and is a member of the Positive Aging Community Project. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Florida Presbyterian College (now Eckerd College).

Annette Driggers is the firm's Public Benefits Specialist. She assists clients in determining public benefits for which they may be eligible, guides them through the application process, and assists them in maintaining eligibility. Annette spent 30 years with the Department of Children & Families processing ICP, Hospice and AIDS Waiver Medicaid applications, including 5 years as a Senior Specialist training and supervising other employees. Her past experience also includes the position of office manager and bookkeeper for a private business. Annette is a Perry native and works in both Perry and Tallahassee.
